Smell of chocolate, some coffee. Very dark brown colour, tiny brown head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, some roasted malt in finish. Medium sweet with some bitterness. Medium flat carbon, light body. Slightly ashy. Could benefit from more body, which probably is a result of the grocery store ABV.

Pours murky orange with thick head. Aroma has sweetish fruity tones, peaches, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Flavour has grapefruits, pineapple juice. Finishes with some menthol and harsh herbal bitterness. Despite that, drinkability is quite high and ABV well hidden. Juicy - at the middle of the glass I get the usual feeling with IPAs, "could use more fruits." At the end of the glass menthol and herbs step forward and this gets some slight plastic vibes.

Aroma is somewhat mild with some apricot and hay. Flavour has sweet caramel, toffee, fruit juice and mild buttery notes. Finishes with harsh herbal bitterness. Quite far from the draught version, perhaps a bottle too old (BBE info was missing).

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 08-16, at Moro Sky Bar, 20150808) The beer poured brown and hazy. No head. Aroma had malts, sweetness and boiled vegetables. Palate was medium bodied with next to none carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, kotikalja, unfermented malts and low bitterness. Afteraste was sweet. A poor brew lacking anything proper beer-like.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, kotikalja, unfermented malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt and bitter. A brew with good aroma and poor taste.
