Bottled. Reddish amber colour with a small head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops, really fresh aroma. Flavour is mild nutty and chocolaty notes along with beries, some fruity and floral notes. Caramelly sweetness kicks in in the aftertaste. Actually quite pleasant for a 4.5 % beer. Long bitter aftertaste.

Bottled. More or less pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown creamy head. Aroma is spices, some ashes, mild roasted notes as well as some liquorice. Flavour is chocolaty, spicy, ashy, roasted and some liquorice along with a fudgelike tone to it. Nice ashy and nutty aftertaste.

Bottled. Deep amber colour with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is yeasty and spicy along with strong caramel malts as well as some raisins, mild ripe fruits and a bit resiny notes. Flavour is caramel, some raisins, yeast, mild spices as well as some ripe fruits. Pleasant, but a bit too sweet, with also the alcohol giving a sweet kick.

Bottled. Copper coloured with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is fruity and floral with some earthy and mildly dusty notes as well as some sweet and grainy malts as well. Flavour is berries, some pleasant floral bitterness as well as some resiny and wooden notes. Fresh and pleasant amber ale.

Tap at Oluttupa Viisi Penniä, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, grape, pine, hops and malts.

330ml bottle. Opaque coal black body, fair tan-coloured head. Rich roasted malts on the nose, scent of dark chocolate. Mid-sweet flavours of cocoa, chocolate, wood and dried fruits added by mild lactose hints. Roasted ending, long-lived. Fine bodied. Powerful and nice (shared with djoeye and Skinnyviking, Tromsø 16.01.2015).

Thanks to rosenbergh for this bottle. Rated as Pyynikki Vahvaportteri. The beer starts sweetish. Fresh and sweetish. Malty and slightly dry. Lots of dark plums, red cherries, deep but sweetish. Fresh. The aftertaste is long, intense-malty, fresh, cherries, roast. Great!

Bottle at wpbf. Dark brown color, small off-white head. Aroma has cold coffee and vanilla. Light-bodied. Low co2. Light coffee and vanilla. Watery. Not their best stout.

Bottled@wPBFIII. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is liquorice, vanilla, some mild toffee and not very interesting. Flavour is liquorice, vanilla and some mild earthiness. Watery. Not very interesting.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Hazy very dark brown, small beige head. Coffee and vanilla up front. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate, sawdust, vanilla and chocolate. Mid bitter finish.
