33 cl bottle @ VastActiv, BBE 04/2015
Aroma has peaty tones, licorice and hints of ash. Flavour has licorice, ash, some slight peaty tones and hints of chocolate. Feels thin and could not locate the vanilla here. Not bad still, I like the deep roasty tones on the aroma side.

(Keg at Stone’s, 20141120) The beer poured deep dark brown. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had chocolate, fruitiness and ripe banana. Palate was almost full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, malts, ripe banana, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, roasted malts and bitterness. A hybrid of a porter and a weizenbock? Really tasty anyway.
