Canned (from Lidl Kivihaka, Vaasa). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, herbal and some mild earthy tones. Flavour is floral, herbal, earthy and some mild bready elements. Spruce, but also quite dusty earthiness in the finish of it.

Draught. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is vanilla, chocolate, some nougat, almonds and mild dark berries. Flavour is chocolate, vanilla, some nougat, mild liquorice, a bit dark berries with some toffee too. Big brother to Kortteliolut Linnainmaa, and actually this one has a bit more body, even though it's quite easy going for a 7,5+ % beer.

Canned (From Prisma Vaasa). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, floral, some earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, some floral, mild lemongrassy tones. Refreshing, but very watery and also has some slight cardboardy tones to it.

Die Optik zeigt sich in einem interessanten hellgold-rosé - weder richtig gülden, noch richtig bernstein- oder kupferfarben. Die weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich wässerig-flaumig und hält dabei unterdurchschnittlich gut. Die Duftaromatik wirkt süßlich und blumig bis leicht honigartig mit einer zarten Würze und ebenso zarter Herbe. Der Antrunk kommt angenehm spritzig und aromatisch relativ breit, würzig und süßlich-herb. Am Gaumen setzt sich diese Aromatik schön fort - eine gute breite Malzbasis mit getreidigem bis karamelligem Charakter legt sich in die Mundhöhe. Eine feine Würze und die sanfte, grasige bis kräuterartige Hopfung rundet das Profil ganz gut ab. Zwar hätte ich bei einem IPL eine deutlichere, vielleicht herbere Hopfung erwartet, aber so ergibt sich eine durchaus angenehme aromatische Harmonie, dem man nicht viel hinzufügen möchte. Auch wenn der Wow-Effekt bei diesem Bier ausbleibt, ist es dennoch richtig gut - das bestätigen Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit. Im Nachtrunk fällt die Aromatik leider etwas zu rasch ab und es bleibt innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden nichts mehr über. Das ist leider etwas schade. Dennoch durchaus positiv!

Canned (from KSM Kampus). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted, ashy and some toffee and toasted tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal and some mild roasted and ashy notes. Too ashy, but otherwise quite a nice porter.

Canned (from KCM Pirkkala). Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, sweet malty, some herbal hops and mild grainy notes. Flavour is floral, herbal, some sugary and bready tones.

Can (from Pieni Olutpuoti Humala, Pori). Close to black colour with a mediumsized brown foamy head. Aroma is vanilla, some liquorice, chocolate and cocoa. Flavour is chocolate, cocoa, some vanilla and mild sweetish wooden elements.

Canned (from Pieni Olutpuoti Humala, Pori). Hazy orangeish amber colur with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some raspberries and mild salted liquorice. Flavour is raspberries, some salted liquorice with mild wooden tones. Somewhat dry in the finish, but a wee bit too watery for it's own good.
