Jeroen de Gee heeft in 2022 een Italiaanse brouwinstallatie aangeschaft van 200 liter en deze geplaatst in het huis van zijn ouders op Texel. Jeroen is woonachtig in Delft waar hij studeert. Tweewekelijks reist hij af naar Texel om er te brouwen. In september 2022 werd de brouwerij geopend.

Bottle 27/92. Color: Hazy amber, very large off-white head. Aroma: Hoppy, stone fruit. Taste: Hoppy, fruity mix of stone fruit and some citrus fruit. Grassy hints. Malty background. Medium body, just over average carbonation. Moderate sweet and over moderate going to over medium hopbitterness towards and at the finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Nice one.

Bottle 75 of 78, batch 02 bottled 17 dec 2025. Color: Lightly hazy golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malty. Taste: Malty, crisp, slightly salty. Floral / green hoppy backbone. Medium body, average carbonation. Light to moderate sweet, light bitterness. One of the better lagers I've ever had.

Bottle. Color: Dark reddish brown, stable beige head. Aroma: Malty, dark malt, some smoke, hints of chocolate. Taste: Malty, sweetish, caramel, some chocolate and roasted malt, subtle smoke. Floral hop backbone. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Another well brewed Ouwe Skilder beer.

Bottle. Color: Black, densebrown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, earthy, hints of coffee. Taste: Roasted malt, coffee notes, earthy. Hints of beetroot. Full body, below average carbonation. Hoppy backbone. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Earthy finish. Nice one.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy dark amber. Marzipan, caramel, butter, alcohol, brandy, sweet berries. Quite sweet, boozy bitter. Very very alcoholic and chemical, this tastes like it's 25% abv or something.
