Jeroen de Gee heeft in 2022 een Italiaanse brouwinstallatie aangeschaft van 200 liter en deze geplaatst in het huis van zijn ouders op Texel. Jeroen is woonachtig in Delft waar hij studeert. Tweewekelijks reist hij af naar Texel om er te brouwen. In september 2022 werd de brouwerij geopend.

Bottle shared at "ZZT nieuw leven in blazen"-tasting. Unclear dark orange to reddish color, small off-white head. Aroma of burnt plastic. Lord help me. Flavor is similar. Undrinkable. Smoke and sour. In a bad way. Horrible. Drainpour.

Over medium, dense and creamy body. Below average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet and bitter. Slight sourness, like coffeebeans can be. Quite spicy. Ok overall.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy copper, beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, raisins, oak wood, herbal hints. Taste: Blend of quite a lot of oak wood, caramel, raisins, wheat, hop, herbal juniper berry. Moderate sweet and over moderate bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. A lot of flavor. Nice one.

Bottle 271/370. Color: Dark ruby, light brown head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, red fruit, dark fruit, wood. Taste: Malty, caramel, wood, hints of dark fruit and raisins. Floral hop backbone. Medium body, below average carbonation. Hints of cocoa at the dry finish. Over moderate sweet, starting light bitterness going towards over moderate at the finish.

Bottle 80 of 224, bottled 26 march 2025, directly from brewery webshop. Color: Clear brownish red, large frothy mocha head. Aroma: Caramel malt, hoppy notes, smoked meat. Taste: Sweetish, caramel and dark malt, campfire, smoked meat, floral hop. Dry-ish smoky finish. Moderate to over moderate sweetness and bitterness. Nice one.

Bottle 64 of 190. Color: Hazy amber, large frothy off-white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty notes, hints of elderflower. Taste: Malty, spicy notes, yeasty notes, floral elderflower and some caramel. Hints of citrus fruit. More elderflower in the taste than the aroma. Nice floral Saison, elderflower definitely adds value.
