Lime and salt. Some nectarine. Pale golden pour with decent head. Light sour finish. Bread yeast, lots of it. Light tart finish. Definitely comes together for the style in a traditional way. You don't see so many unfruited goses turn out so well. Tap at Luppolo 12.
