Nose is raw pineapple, bitter tropicana, grass, pine needle, grass, lychee.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine resin, dank spike, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid DIPA with a good raw but balanced bitterness about it.

Taste comprises grass, pine resin, grapefruit, stone fruit, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous hop bitterness.
Solid DIPA ... but again ... US brewer fails to deliver NZ hops in the way that I'd expect.

Can from Day 1 of the Brew Export Advent Calendar. A milky pale yellow. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Aroma has soft fruit with a more citrusy edge and light spice. Flavourwise it's more pronounced than the aroma. A layer of bitter fruit with a tart element to it over creamy porridge mixed in with sweeter fruit. Some hop burn but that just may be the lurgy currently ravaging me. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Good stuff fo' sho'.

Appearance is murky hazy yellow soup, with a small foamy white head. Aroma- hop resin, pineapple, mango, citrus fruit, papaya, fresh tropical fruits. Taste- hop bitterness, pineapple, citrus fruit, hop burn, grassy herbal hops, sweet tropical fruit, orange peel, more citrus and pineapple.
