Aus der Flasche im 2025-02 getrunken. Der sehr feinporige Schaum überrascht schon. Und damit strömt auch eine tolle Südfrucht-Note aus dem Glas, die mit dem Schaum dann deutlich in den Hintergrund verschwindet. Am Gaumen deutlich Grapefruit-Haut und ist das etwas Ananas? Egal ein schöne Ale mit einer nicht zu kräftigen Hopfenbitterkeit.

Clear dark amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, biscuit, dark bread. Taste of dark caramelized and breadish malt, liquorice, nuts.

Smooth mild beginning. Grainy deep, hints of bitterness with hazelnuts. Roasty dry, bitter-sweet, nice and interesting. Thanks Holger.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Spicy-malty aroma. Starts strong, a bit alcoholic, not too much. Nice spicy notes, some hints of wood, some pine. Some honey. Well balanced finish. Nice!

0,33 l bottle from Edeka, Altenwalde. Murky brown in the glass, more than one finger tanned foamy head. Malty aroma, caramel and low fruity in the second row. Taste starts malty, alcoholic fruity. Increasing dry bitterness. Thick texture for a Bock. Low carbonation. Not bad.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Malty-spicy aroma. Starts fine malty, spicy notes, light alcoholic touch. Sweetish-malty background. Finish could be a bit more balanced, still sweetish-spicy. Okay.
