Sample at the brewpub. The beer is a clear dark mahogany-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of roast malt, caramel, fruit and hops. Light bodied with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and mild earthy hops. The finish sweet with a malty aftertaste. Above average Alt overall.
