On Tap at the Poulsbo brewery/taproom rather deep golden pour. Fairly sweet full maltiness. The nearly 8% lends to this I suspect. Some Beligiany yeast character in this. Big smooth and a little sweet.

Hazy gold pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is bready, biscuity, light hops, some yeastiness. Mouth feel is bright, and crisp, lively carb. Finish is medium bitter, soft fruit, more bread, and yeast,.

355ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Faint aroma of grainy pale malt and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon peel and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily to watery texture and average carbonation. Not great. Has an almost soapy taste to it.

12 oz can poured, picked up somewhere other than an advent calendar, although I can't remember where. Clean copper pour. Thin head. Big smoke and caramel nose. Toasty flavor with some creeping char. Nice flavor here if you dig the style. Gotta find another can of this and add to my cooking line up.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a hazy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is so sweet and estery, with tons of bubblegum and estery notes. Flavour is estery as fuck, with lots of bubblegum and estery notes. Incompetent Belgian ale.

On tap at WABF 2024, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassy hops, biscuity malt, and a touch of citrus tang. Flavour is very hoppy and bitter, with lots of bittering, grassy hops and a crisp crackery malt base. I don't recognize the NZ hops — no white wine or gooseberry character. But it's a very bright, bitter, hoppy pils that I dig. Excellent.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Aroma of pale malt, Belgian yeast, banana, bubble gum, coriander and floral hops. Sweet flavour of pale malt, orange peel, Belgian yeast, coriander, white pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Tasty and abv is well hidden.

355ml can. Pours a clear copper with a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Mild aroma of bready caramel malt, smoke and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, orange pekoe tea, light smoke and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Too subtle for me. Disappointing.
