330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy and minimally bready, wheaty malty aroma, notes of mustard seed, some clove, nutmeg. Taste is tart, tangy, yeasty spicy and minimally wheaty malty, hints of mustard seed, dill, clove, a touch of vinegar. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation. Infected, solely yeasty spicy, nothing else - impudent. Fifth infected brew from this brewer in a row. Quite audacious to put up for sale these batches.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, yeasty fruity and slightly funky aroma, notes of papaya and banana, some pinepple, hints of funk, vinegar. Taste is tart-ish, tangy and yeasty fruity, slightly funky, minimally wheaty malty with subtle residual sweetness, hints of banana, pineapple, some vinegar, fruit acid. Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Another infected brew from Bestes, again not with dramatical result - OK, but not what it wants to be.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly funky aroma, hints of unripe yellow stone fruit, unripe passion fruit. Taste is sour fruity, mildly funky, hints of unripe passion fruit, yellow stone fruit. Watery texture, dry and slightly astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Again a sour beer from Bestes, again probably not intended or at least not designated as such. Nevertheless quite OK in this case. I'm curious what will be the first from Bestes without infection.

Sweet-ish malty and slightly lactic, fruity aroma, hints of yellow stone fruit, whiffs of yoghurt. Taste is tart-ish, fruity, slightly lactic, hints of unripe yellow stone fruit, a touch of yoghurt. Watery texture, slightly dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Pretty fucking far from a Märzen, but fairly refreshing and a more felicitous case of infection - acceptable.
