Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi e arancia amara.

Draft at Ammutson. Clearish yellow. Aroma of light onion light fruit. Taste is earthy onion very dry finish. An acquired taste for sure

Draft at Batzenhäusl, Bolzano, Italy. Pours dark red with nice reflections and good persistent whitish foam, fine. Aroma is light malty and toasted. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is just moderately sweet. Finish is just above average in length.

33cl bottle at Batzen, Bolzano, Italy. Pours hazy, light plum, with no foam. Aroma is for fruits, almonds, raisins. Busy is dense, though not as dense as I'd like, with no carbonation. Taste has a nice sweetness, with a bit of sour. Finish is not particularly long.

Draft at Batzen Bräu, Bolzano, Italy. Pours interesting gold with sticky, average white foam, very fine. Aroma is interesting, spicy, swoosh, probably from pink salt. Body is average with limited carbonation. Taste is sweetish, with some spiciness. Finish is average.

0.33l bottle. Huge thanks Natko and Erna! Ruby body, amber edges, scant off white head. Big aroma, huge wood, prunes, orange liqueur and alcohol. Soft, silky, oily even malty taste, barrel is evident. Big wood, thankfully not too many tannins. Creamy prunes, ending just slightly astringent. Aaand... Alcohol. Okay, that's as expected. Nice stuff, just slightly too astringent.
