On tap at the source in Bolzano/Bozen - Italy. Golden dark semi clear, pretty bright with a frothy huge foamy head. Nose: yeasty really, esters forward too and Wheat all around. Hint of mint too as it warms up. Nice. Mouth: soft and easy it mirrors the nose, with a weaker feel anyway. Dry finish. Above average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, caramel, grapefruit, lemon, pine. Onset is medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, hoppy, piney, some toffee, leading to a lingering dry bitter and zesty aftertaste, in the finish joined by herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, classy and well-balanced IPA, very nice.
