On tap at the source in Bolzano-Italy. Unfiltered golden pour, with a super white creamy foam. Nose: certainly grassy, kind of floral as well with a fresh hint of baked bread. Nice. Mouth: medium-low body, very bitter going chicory, extreme on the bitter side I would say with a soft malty note. No honey, not much sweetness, straight forward pils, extreme!

Tap at the source in Bolzano-Italy. Proper golden clear pour, persistent and tick white foam with drafts. Nose is straight Pilsner-like, malty, bread crumb, grassy. Mouth is great, the chili pepper perfectly matched the superb Pilsner overall. Terrific experimental pils, phenomenal!

Tap at ammutson. Pours opaque copper with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, wheay, banana, caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, wheat, caramel, banana. Overall: great.

Bottle. Pours chunky brown. Aroma is caramel, dried fruit, some glue. Body is medium, low carbonation, sticky sweet but only softly boozy. Not too complex, rather simple actually. Good at this, though.
