The brewers are also beekeepers and use honey, the jewel of our mountains, for refermentation of their beers in the bottle.

Bottle. Color: Very hazy dark orange, white head. Oxydated? Aroma: Orange, some tropical fruit. Taste: Orange, tropical fruit notes, hoppy notes, malty and bit grainy base. So far sounds better than it is, unfortunately. Also notes of wet leaves, wet paper, cardboard. Light to moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, just below average carbonation. No need to try again...

Bottle. Very dark brown with big tan head. Lots of roasted malts, coffee, dry cocoa beans, licorice, vanilla, earthy dead leaves, soft wine, honey, caramel, plums, marshmallows. Just medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied. This is really quite nice, quite light for a RIS, and not too heavy on the barrel but great balance and nice roasted notes. Nice surprise!

Bottle. Clear golden. Yeasty, bitter grassy hops, light malts, has old weedy hops and weird yeast in the finish. Medium sweet and bitter, medium bodied. Not great.
