Spritziger, etwas süßer Antrunk mit vollmundiger Rauchigkeit. Süffig, konstante Rauchigkeit, die Süße flacht etwas ab. Gut! 10/11/12/11/11/11

Herb malziger Antrunk, weich. Etwas bitter werdend, hopfiger, dezent röstig. Dann deutlich malziger, süffig, nett. 11/9/9/10/9/9

Amber with chill haze. Smoky nose, nice head. Lots of woody smoke. taste is hickory, beech smoke, to Spezial levels. Little bit yeasty, straightforward caramel malts.

Sample from bottle shared with VANØ Bergen. Pours dark amber, with a rather small head. Aroma is smoke and roasted malts, with sweet vanilla and bourbon notes as well as some caramel and ham. Body is medium with an oily texture, and soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet, with oak and a chocolatey mocha-ish coffe.

Bottle. Deep amber body with mahogany highlights. Fizzy, off-white head. Aroma of light smoke and caramel. Notes of peat, bacon and herbal hops. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. A little thin. I liked the light smokiness. It had tastes of smoked meats without being overwhelming. Thanks Jennifer.

A reddish copper amber alt with a thick frothy moka head. In aroma, nice perfumey caramel malt, with light butterscotch. In mouth, a vienna-like butterscotch malt, nutty and herbal, medium bodied. Bottle at Mondial 2011, June 11 2011.

A reddish dark brown beer with a thin moka head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light chocolate and chalk. In mouth, a smooth chocolate malt, very light and watery. Bottle at Mondial 2011, June 11 2011.
