We want to contribute to and enhance the craft beer community, create products that will evolve with our education and abilities, build a brand focused on quality, represent the arts, and have as much fun as possible along the way.

Can at Ryan's
Cloudy blond colour, dull. Aroma of fruit, generic, not very bright. Good body, thanks to moderate residual sweetness; mellow base, some light bread and wheat, generic but strong fruit, maybe close to pomelo, orange, and also hot alcohol.
It doesn't impress with bright hops, but it's solid oveerall.

16oz @ Ryan's (thx for the beer, dude!). Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: somewhat fruity with citrusy notes. Taste: along the same lines, fruity and juicy, but it lacks balance and it's boozy. Overall: meh.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks Chris McD). Hazy gold with small white head. Lots of floral hops with some citrus, there's some sweetness from the malt that cuts down the floral quality (that verges on perfumey potpurri), but still too floral for me. Slightly boozy. Above average. Sort of like a floral Strathcona Head Banger.

473mL can. Pours deep brown with no head. Aroma has a lot of bready malts, some coffee. Flavour has toast malts, gentle espresso. Not super complex, but good malt flavours. Really nice IS.

16oz @ Ryan's after kids' time. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Doesn't even look like a proper hazy. Aroma: grassy, some candy-ish character. Taste: along the same lines, watery, grassy, herbs, some flowery notes maybe. Overall: not sure why they decided to put hazy IPA on the label, doesn't really make sense to me. It doesn't look like hazy, doesn't smell like hazy, doesn't taste like hazy. Instead of putting the fancy label you, guys, would better brew what's said on the label. Otherwise, it's not a bad IPA.

473mL can, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of pithy stone fruits, pulpy OJ, and subdued dank hops. Flavour is totally absent of any Nelson character, with stone fruit pith, pulpy OJ, and gently bitter citrus. Nelson in here, really? Just like every murky hazy out here. Confused, jumbled, lacking distinct hop expression.
