Description
Founders of IOI, Pieter and Laura Prinsloo envision our beers to be truly Asian and authentically Indonesian. They are passionate about local beverages and have years of experience in artisan coffee making. This passion and strive inspired our team to develop tasty new craft beers. We collaborate with Asian beer and beverage connoisseurs and travel the country in search of unique tastes and fermentation techniques to enrich what we know. We use this knowledge to research and develop recipes for uniquely Indonesian beer styles.

8/7/2025. Can shared by Robin, cheers! Nice fruity tropical neipa. Moderately sweet with some fruity bitters and a slight tart edge. Well done.

Sample, thanks Robin Svensson. Hazy golden, mid sized head Aroma of pear and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Porridgy, fruity malt. Pears and papaya. Low bitterness.

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra romjulstreff i Jæren Fråholdslag. Etter 14 svenske øl (alle nye bryggerier for mitt vedkommende), er vi nå over på en serie av tre indonesiske øl fra Nilsas Travels. Her en 0,33 boks: klar mahognyfarge og kort skum. Pulverkaffe, litt appelsin og urter. Slank, og med så mild bitterhet at avslutningen blir ganske metallisk.
