Danke an rhoihessegold. Heller, leicht süßer Beginn, dazu getreidig und leicht herb, harmonisch, rund. Spritzig, die leicht ansteigende Süße erhöht die Süffigkeit. Die Herbe steigt als Kontrast ebenfalls, würzig, vollmundig. Geringe Bitterkeit, die aber vor allem zum Ende erkennbar wird, dabei getreidig und deutlich hopfig. Gut. 10/10/10/12/12/11

19-12-20 // Kuehn Digital Tasting Christmas Beers. Bock body with light dry quince. Staranise, mild vanilla. Light lactose creaminess. Sweetness is balanced. Great experimental.

Bottle from rhoihessegold as part of Euro Winter Secret Santa 2020, thanks. Hoppy aroma and taste, malty notes, citrus fruit, resin notes, light sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy bitter finish. Ok.

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a white lacing. Aroma of strong woody malt, vanilla, ripe fruits. Taste of strong wood pale malt, whiskey, vanilla, oak.
