Hello again! New and improved. hazy juicy bright yellow. White head. Nose: lime upfront, then some more citrus and a hint of stone fruits. Mouthfeel ist oat/wheat juicy soft. Aroma: citrus but also floral and even hints of gooseberry and white grapes. Finishing with a crisp and kuehn bitterness. 440ml can and 330ml bottle.

21-01-21 // growler from the brewery. Hazy paler yellow. White head. Aroma in the nose of floral peppers. Aroma of wheat malts, peppery spice. Taste is light to medium salty. A well embedded softer lactic sourness. Fizzy carbonation, refreshing. Lovely.

New beer from Mainz! ;) - pale bock fermented with apple juice from local fields. Nose provides some light funky wild apple must notes. Sweet malty bock base body with some red apple sweetness and a minimal hint of apple tartness. Light funky yeast touch.
