27-11-20 // draft. KKR newest experimental. Topfermented. With quince juice and spices. Low carbonation to enhance the creaminess backed up with lactose. Sweeter malty, a light quince tartness. And then lovely Christmas spices. Staranise prominent.

29-10-20 // Happy (early) Halloween. It’s Pumpkin season! New Kuehn Experimental. Kölsch yeast fermented ale with maple syrup caramelized pumpkin. Hazy autumnly orange brown. Creamy white head. Nose of malt sweetness, light spices and mild pumpkin vegetable. Taste of sweeter malts, light caramel. Then spices take over. Light nutmeg and cinnamon. Some yeasty aromas. Smooth. A moderate bitter finisish. Very well done for the style.

12/11/2020. Bottle from Craftbeer-Shop.com. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma is wheaty, herbal and yeasty, with orange and ripe banana. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Tangy bittersweet finish. Not bad.

440ml can. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, thick, firm, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, fairly lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, crystal malty and fruity, piney, hoppy aroma with a slight jelly bear touch, hints of pineapple, mandarine, whiffs of coconut and wasabi (though no Sorachi was used). Taste is sweet-ish, pale and minimally crystal malty, homogeneously mixed, rather unspecific, mellow, hoppy fruitiness, mandarine, melon, pineapple, some lemon. Creamy-oily texture, super-soft, smooth palate, very fine, soft carbonation. Slightly restricted fruitiness concerning intensity, rather washy and unspecific, homogeneously mixed fruit flavours, very well crafted in respect to secondary qualities (appearance and mouthfeel) - very nice, but no big hit. [Excellent can design, btw.]
