330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly fruity, grassy and minimally waxy, hoppy aroma, minimally husky, strawy, pale malty basis, a touch of nectarine and melon. Taste is dry, slightly fruity and grassy hoppy, hints of melon, apricot and nectarine, some malty spiciness, umami.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Intense white-wine in the nose. The brew starts very winey, fresh dry white wine. The beer is in the back, the carbonation intense with lactic acid in the back. Very smooth with a nice winey grainy mix. The fruity white wine, the grain and the lactic acid create a great aroma profile. Fresh sour refreshing in the end, very interesting combination with hints of salt in the aftertaste.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Fantastic intense floral fruity hopped brew. The huge bouquet of hops is there, flowers, pine, resin, fresh intense hop oils. Very great and deep, the bitterness is moderate, very fruity and intense hopped. Great.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! The nose is grainy with hints of floralness. The beer starts fresh grainy with dusty hints. Easy to drink, malty grainy with a nice fruity ending and nice bittered hops. Nice sessionable brew with character left.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Gusher! Fruity grainy nose. The beer starts malty floral, refreshing mild with a minty floralness in the back, malty grainy body. Easy to drink, refreshing floral minty (Polaris?) with a grainy but floral and not too deep bitterness.

26-05-18 // on tap at the brewery. New beer from Mainz, brewed to cater the "masses". Great beergarden beer. Unfiltered golden, small white head. Mild cara and honey notes in a medium sweet malty body. Mild bitterness. Very smooth. Good.
