25-12-17 // draft at the brewery day. Presentation day, blend of 60% beer mash and 40% wine mash. In collaboration with a winery from Nierstein Close to Mainz. Coloured is hazy yellow golden, like a federweisse. Taste is very unique. First some vineous, Grape Juice, federweisse alocholic notes. In the Background is a grainy maltyness tasteable. I like the balance which is a bit wine-forward which directs the beer a Little in to the world of lambics. Bottle Rating is following. Hopefully one of more to come beer and wine hybrids from the Great Wine Capital Mainz.

33cl bottle. Grainy and smooth beginning. Hints of floral bitterness, round and refreshing. Mild and floral bitter, dry in body, nice sessionable with depth. Nice one!

Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A hazy deep golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of pine, wood, medicine. Taste of sweet herbal fruits, pine, grapefruit, medium bitterness, interesting.

On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017. Great intense fresh pine needles. Intense, pine and sticky wood. Fantastic Sauna aroma, deep, hints of grain. Long intense pine in the aftertaste, moderate sweetish, absolutely great!

On tap. Almost clear dark golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, grapefruit, grapes. Taste of grassy bitter hops, grapefruit, tangerine, nice!

330 ml bottle at Naiv, Frankfurt. Light unclear orange color with off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, bread, caramel, some herbal notes, light fruity. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

30-09-17 // bottle brewed for a Crowdfanding-Campaign for my local Bundesliga Club Mainz 05. The brewery and the Fanhaus share the same property. Pours a unfiltered golden beer with a White head. nose is grainy with a hoppy tocuh. Taste is medium sweet malty with a good herbal, fruity hop finish which is well balanced to a Helles.
