Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, pale malt - dark malt, hay - straw. NEW NOTES: From tap at the brewery. Dark copper brown color with beige head. Malty aroma, light roasted, caramel, coffee and licorice notes, light fruity. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation. OLD NOTES:330 ml bottle at Ulfborg. Light hazy amber copper color with light beige head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, bread, caramel, fruity, banana. Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen. Slightly milky, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, off-white head. Fruity hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, hints of melon, a touch of lychee. Taste is also pineapple dominated, melon and lychee support.
