Brewery draught, 10/24/25.
Clear, bright gold. Small, white head.
Apple and white bread with some rustic or grainy/biscuity character behind it.
Appley again in flavor. Feels like it could condition a bit more, but the palate accustoms fairly quickly to the few odd notes. Goes down pretty easily/quickly, though I wouldn't hate a bit more bitterness to liven up the finish. Lighter-bodied, lightly watery.

Not that roasty. Has some fudge and dark chocolate both in aroma and flavor. Clean Old School ris example but actually well-done and not piney and toasty. Mostly chewy and chocolatey.

Coffee folded in. Not super malty but well done with dark malt character. Not too roasty.
Lighter throughout with rich coffee. Soft and crusty at times with big roast and clean malts. Could be maltier to balance the coffee bitterness

A SN Celebration clone and it lives up to it. Bitter and deliciously piney without the resin or alcohol. Balanced bitterness. Malty and rich with no sweat or heavy pine. Super easy drinking with refreshing bitterness.

Juicy citrus and not too much berry. Cracker and fruit and big ester.
Juicy, stone fruit with not astringent berry. Enough malt and bitterness. Solidly made.

Bit waxy and peppery but still reasonably malty. Good attenuation. Leafy hops and lots of breadiness lingering. Odd acidity lingering with lots of sourdough. Maybe a bit more aging? Idk. Something needs to give.

Malty, yeasty, clean and peppery.
Soft and malty, rich and attenuated. Fruity, sweet, dry on the end and very drinkable. Can tell it was aged properly.

Pours hazy yellow with a thin white lacing head. Aroma of tropical fruits, some orange. Taste has dry hop notes, some dry tropical fruit elements, hay and grassy notes. Palate has much of the same. Very drinkable, good.

16 oz can in a trade with tfontana. Terrible label nobody wants to think about what is floating in a Port-a-potty when drinking a brew. Aroma and flavor are a match. The porter this really has a lot of rich flavors. Taste of dry chocolate, molasses, old coffee, light earthy bitterness. Medium/full body. Good for the style!
