Canned 1/29/26, from Chalumeaxu, thanks, TJ! Drunk 3/1/26.
Typical Citra notes showing peach, mango, citrus juice and hints of pine/grapefruit. A balanced mix of both honey and cracker notes from the malt. Clean, crisp, aromatic, no resin or alcohol noted.
Lots of white peach; not too intensely sweet/overripe or acidic which is nice. Good bitterness from fresh citrus rind and hints of pine. Soft, supple malts but not as dense as usual; no big, fat honey-like character, so it's not overbearing with the relatively low 7.7% abv and low bitterness. But every bit as flavorful as the 9 and 10% ipas, imho. What this lacks in bold, unique, complex character, it makes up for in polished, subtle and balanced characteristics. I especially appreciate how drinkable and dry it is, with lots of that interesting donut peach/white peach character lingering.

Pours a hazy, gold-caramel color, with smallish head. Aroma is quite muted, but has notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors more pronounced--citrus and tropical fruit, with a fair amount of underlying sweetness (though not cloying). The ABV is well-hidden in aroma and flavor. Soft mouthfeel. Mild level of hop bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma has a dank note of rotting tropical fruit, some citrus. Flavors are sweet, juicy citrus and tropical fruit (tastes a bit like Juicy Fruit gum, actually). Soft mouthfeel. The ABV is well-hidden in this one. Very mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish.

They certainly nailed the peach character here...I'd guess there was some peach puree in here. Mango and other soft, tropical fruits with low but not non existent acidity. Super fruity, not quite bubble gummy yeast aids in the big juicy, fruity character here. Sparse cracker malts balance gently.
Wow, I really think this has to have peach puree in it. Maybe they just assumed it was obvious that it did and didn't bother mentioning it on the label? Whatever the case there's a robust but not overdone bitterness that helps balance the juicy, fruity nature of the beer. Unlike some of their beers, this isn't a honey-dense, fluffy, richly malty beer, but rather has more of a sparse cracker malt to it. Still plenty of depth and support, but the relative dryness helps balance the stone, tropical and citrus fruit character.

Pours a liquid gold-butterscotch color, with massive head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is a touch muted, with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is more pronounced--a sweet mix of tropical fruit and citrus. The ABV is pretty well hidden, though a touch of alcohol is present in the flavor. Soft mouthfeel. Mild verging on moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
