Amber colour, with a bit of haze. Medium head. It's got a sweet nose, slight nuttiness. On the palate, it's quite sweet, has a nice toffee note. Not sure I get walnut, maybe if I imagine it. It's okay, though, a bit yeasty. I'm not sure it fits into even the loose category of old ale, but it's not a bad beer.

On tap at Cerveceria Intrinsical, pours a bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of grapefruit rind, orange marmalade, citrus hops, and a touch of resins. Flavour is bitter and unbalanced, with grapefruit rind, orange marmalade, sweet caramel and bitter pine. This is clumsily balanced, with the orange marmalade being too dominating and clashing with the bitterness. Not a fan.

On tap at Cerveceria Intrinsical, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some rustic farmhouse notes, esters, floral notes, and light candi sugar. Flavour is spicy, with a nice rustic farmhouse character, gentle esters, and a touch of floral character. Spicy, carbonated highly how I like for a saison. Good stuff.

On tap at Cerveceria Intrinsical, pours an opaque filthy dark brown / black with a medium beige head. Aroma is filthy and hearty, but it is the end of the keg, with dirty cocoa and earthiness. Flavour is highly hopped, with big woody roast, lots of hops, and some dirty cocoa. Very nicely hopped and yet balanced well with the roast. Very good.

On tap at Cerveceria Intrinsical, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma reveals light toasted malt, gentle dry cocoa, and some earthiness. Flavour is dry and clean, with toasted malt, earthiness, toasted nuts, and a bitter, dry finish. I don't really get the cocoa, but the structure of the beer is right on point. Good.
