Bottle - Xmas gift. Poured a dark ruby with a rapidly dissipating off-white head. Aroma of dark fruit, caramel and rye bread. Weird initial flavours of meat stock, unripe berries and some brown sugar. Finish was salty, earthy and slightly peppery. Strange.
