Description
Brasserie de la Semène is a beer factory established in June 2017. It is located 20 minutes from Saint-Étienne, in the dynamic village of St-Genest-Malifaux, in the magnificent Pilat Park.

Brasserie de la Semène produces the “La Gaudine” range of traditional beers made up of 5 permanent beers, a range of permanent Crafts beers, more varied and creative, as well as numerous ephemeral beers which vary according to the seasons.

75cl bottle from La Chope De Lug beer store in Lyon, France. Head is big, snow-white, average retention. Colour is straw to pale gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, bready, floral spicy. Taste is light malty base, bit bready, hoppy touch, bit mineral, dry on the palate, medium to high carbonation, of course this is not pilsner or Czech lager yet pale lager-american so ok for the style, partially enjoyed.

Bière 33 cl bue à la Jasserie du Pilat près de saint Étienne. Robe blonde transparente,peu de dépôt même si elle est non filtrée. Notes de levure et de malt, une blonde banane mais correcte.
