Bottle 330ml (AbM)
Clear yellow color, decent steady white head. Woodish hoppyness, hints of fruit and honey. Light to medium bodied. Similar woody, resiny flavor with some honey and fruits. Quite nicely avoids waterness of this ABV beers.

Orange color, good off-white head. Very woody-resiny aroma. Medium-bodied, soft palate. Similar woody-resiny flavor too, a bit sweetish, lacks the hop bite. Quite simple, but clean and malty IPA.

Deep amber color, small steady off-white head. Aroma has woody hoppyness and light caramel. Light-bodied. Fruity sweetish flavor with overriped plums and raisins. A bit on yeasty side, hoppyness is not strong. Slightly homebrewish feeling.

Bottle 330ml (ABM)
Deep amber color, small steady white head. Simcoe citrus aroma with some wood. Light to medium bodied. Citrus, wood hoppyness, some tropical fruityness. Lingering fruity bitterness. Nice and clean. Not a brown ale by any means, it is APA.

330ml bottle. Cloudy pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Wet strawy aroma, a grainy touch. Taste is wet strawy, more medicinal than hoppy bitter. Neither really wheaty nor yeasty, doesn’t hit the style.

Bottle at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Pale gold in colour. Fruity aroma, light in hop aroma for what is billed as an American Pale Ale. Light/medium texture. Average carbonation. Not unpleasant, was just expecting much more hop in evidence.

Hazy amber beer, untidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is light, semi dry and with mild carbonation. Light Flemish sourness, very light. Light dry finish. Pretty drinkable, if simple. A step up for this brewery.
