330ml bottle, lote 12170, from El Corte Ingles Palma. Clear, yellow-gold body. Hazy last pour. Low white head, spotty lacing. Wheat fruity aromas mixed with mid-sweet malts. Lemon fruity tartness in the flavour character joined by hints of caramel malts and coriander far behind. Bittersweet ending. Soft, clean and partially refreshing. Not a typical German weizen, but quite alright to drink in the sun (Port de Soller, hotel room 11.07.2013).

Bottle @ Ungstrup’s. Pours slightly hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of hops with notes of citrus and malt. Mild, slightly bitter taste of hops with flowery and fruity notes and a sweetish, grainy aftertaste. It does not resemble a typical APA but it is drinkable, nonetheless.
