Opaque black - brown beer, little pale tan head. Palate is smooth and dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light tangy dark malt, little dark fruits. Whisper of coffee and dark chocolate. Pretty mellow smoke. Light tangy finish. All right and one of the better beers from this brewery.

Golden color, small white head. Sweet maltyness and white pepper in the weakish nose. Light bodied. Sweetish, a bit fruity flavor with light peppery finish. Light banana notes. Even a bit macro feeling here.

330ml bottle. Cloudy orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Biscuity malty aroma, cautious hop aroma with a touch of grapefruit and passion fruit. Taste is fruity hoppy, hints of mango and passion fruit, slightly chalky, mineral and bitter finish. Lacks intensity.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, bread yeast, dough, wood, smoke. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, wood bitter, berry - fruit - yeast tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20131228]

Bottled 330ml abm. Dark brown color. Small beige head. Aroma has caramel, light woody/tarry smokeyness, and then some barnyardish notes. Medium-bodied. Toasted flavor has some smokeyness and light vegetables. Quite dry porter.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt ,straw, apples - wrinkled apples, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein sehr dunkelbraunes fast schwarzes Bier mit gerinem bräunlichen Schaum. Geruch rauchig, röstmalzig, Schinken. Geschmack leicht röstmalzig, Kaffee. Insgesamt ist der Geschmack aber leicht zu dünn.
