ABV: 7.1%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, light wood - ash. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, wood, sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191102]

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder bruin bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en zacht. Beetje boterig mondgevoel.

Buena presencia en copa. Bastante turbia, con espuma densa y muy persistente. Color ámbar oscuro.
Aromas frutales y a resina. Sabor bastante amargo, con notas cítricas y tropicales, pero donde el lúpulo con notas a pino y herbales predominan. Buen cuerpo y carbonatación media.

Frothy off-white good mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice candis flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nearly black, small light beige head. Roasted aroma, light hints of smoke perhaps. sweet flavour, caramel, licorice, vanilla.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are little peat, roast malt, chocolate, hops and has a nice dry roasty finish.
