Bottle at Chris_O bottlefest 2007. My last beer of this great, great session. Started at 12.00 midday and finished at 02:00 the next morning. Orange/amber colour with thin off white head. Odd strawberry/ raspberry cherry beer. There is some decent sourness. 2.7/5.0 Re-rate Bottle at GBBF 2007. Red/brown crystal clear, sour funky aroma that is terrific, lasting off pink head. Bit of plastic on aroma. Decent cherries, very sour. Glue aroma. Wow, sour, but just a party time going on in your mouth and tummy. Made me happy. Great lasting finish of sticky cherries.

This is good. Interesting label and clearly a story behind it.. Opaque orange color and tall head. Lots of brown sediment. Simple yeast aroma with some malt and fruit, and flavor has more of the same. This is a simple and straightforward beer but very well balanced and very easy to drink. Lacing head that never fades away.

Bottled. An amber beer with a light orange head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of fruit, and hints of acidity. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges, leading to a dry and spicy end where light coriander notes comes thru. The body is thin for 6.5% ABV. OK, but a bit boring.

A deep red beer with a thick red-brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fresh cherries and only a slight note of acidity. The flavor is sweet combined with a slight acidity and notes of wood and cherries towards the end. The acidity only draws moderate mouthwater - I’d like much more acidity.

Bottled at The Rover, Gothenburg. Lots of sediments floated around in this golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma is fruity, with apples, yeast and a touch of sourness. Fruit, alcohol, yeast and some sour apples in the flavor. Medium to thin body with some astringency in the mouth. Quite drinkable but a bit boring. Rating: 6-4-6-3-13-3.2. 060824
Bottle, 75cl corked. A gusher producing a rather small head, off-white in color and topping a more or less clear, golden body. A bit weak aroma with white sugar, peaches and a generic fruityness. Some alcohol notes as well. Sweetish fruity flavor with peaches and ripe yellow apples. Medium body with a bit too much carbonation. A rather ordinary beer, but it’s far from bad in any way. 110624
