We named our brewery after Gavin's generous, adventurous and glamorous grandmother, Hetty Alice Frink, and we seek to honor her with every pint. We live in Portland with our tiny human and huge dog.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma smells more like a WC IPA, with tons of piney hops, big tanginess from the Nelson, a touch of dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is likewise very piney hop forward, white wine tanginess, and a light biscuity malt. Piney, tangy, dry, light finish. Wonderful.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 02/18/2025). Clear-ish yellow gold with minimal white head. Tangy tropical hops, some feint dry resin in the background, nice clean pils malt underlay, solid.

Pale, a mellow pale malt. Very clean and bright hop - mandarin, gooseberry, really good balance.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is bursting with bright tropical melon, punchy piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, revealing a fantastic Mosaic expression: lots of melon, piney hops, a touch of dankness, with just a thin biscuity malt base. Dank, piney, and tropical finish. Excellent.

Draft pour pint at Elliott Bay Pizza. Clean penny copper pour, plenty of head and lacing that sticks around. Bready grains on the nose, some pine, gentle metallic. Cool and crisp front, wonderfully sessionable imperial. Mildly biting pine bitter hops. A nice warming finish. Very nice winter IiPA here.

On tap at Aslan Depot, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, resins, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour has a reasonably assertive hop expression, with resinous notes, light pine, and bready malt. Oily palate without being that aggressive. Good stuff.

16oz can from Newport Avenue Market. Clear golden pour, big, frothy white head. Gentle citrus, piney aroma, hoppy. Taste starts with caramel and pineapple, sweet, light citrusy notes with a smidge of hop resin at the finish. Smooth and tasty.
