24/1/2026. Bottle at ITFC Beer share. Courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours fine. Loads of sweet honey on the aroma and taste. Like sucking on a locket. For me, too much honey, not enough bier.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange golden colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, grainy and strawy, pale malty and sweet-ish, floral honey aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, floral and minimally grainy, pale malty, minimally diluted notes of floral honey.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palte, medium to fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very harmonious, homogeneous, light with pleasant sweetness - nice.

Small, light tan head over opaque brown beer. Sweet bread, banana, breakfast cereals, hint at honeysweets. Meaty esters in a surprising pop-up in the mouth. Again dark bread, very faint acidity, as if the bread were made with sourdough, cattle fodder. Medium bodied, medium to good carbonation, very slick, bit oily feel. Quite classic dunkler (!) Bock, sweet.

Light yellow frothy head over hazy, light yellow beer, well carbonated. End of bottle solid deposit(!). Spicy malts, dry-ish, hay & grass. Quite sweet malts, a lot at that. Finish is drier, grainy, bit water herbs. Well-carbonated, light body if quite slick. And here's an original German Helles defying tradition! Unfiltered and hazy - weird.
