Aromas are malty, bready, with a little spice and floral. Flavors are similar to nose, floral comes out a bit more. Slightly more sweet than bitter with decent carbonation. Typical for the style. Good but not great.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is very mixed. Aroma is pineapple/citrus/earth/pine. Med body. Flavor seems like the aroma, tho maybe the pineapple is passion fruit. Pretty dry. Hop has a definite bite. Pale malt support shows up after awhile. Seems a bit astringent. Quite nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is citrus, pale stone and a touch of apple. Decently dry/decently bitter. Malt support discernible. Good flavor.

Aromas are malt, cut grass, citrus and spices. Flavors are similar to nose, with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Decent body. Finishes slightly more sweet than bitter. Nice beer.

16 oz can from Tavour. Dark amber poor covered with a fine off-white head. Multi aroma, notes of caramel, brown bread. Taste starts sweet then quickly turns over to a nice mild bitterness. Malty flavors are all around. Seems a little thin, but I bet it would be excellent on cask.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, wispy cream colored head. Roasty malt aroma, burnt toast. Taste is roasty, coffee-ish, dark chocolate and dry. Very minor sweetness.

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark, but clear against strong light, brown with a decent creamy tan head. Aroma is floral with dark malt. Med body. Flavor is somewhat complex. Dry but tmavy malty. Lightly bitter. Floral, malty, earthy. Light chocolate note towards finish. Extremely tasty.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is mostly grass/spice - there's some detectable crackery malt support. Med body or so. It's dry and bitter. Crackery mallt with grass/spice, but there's something more than just grass/spice. Like earth and flowers. Nice brew.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a moderate white head. Aroma is a strange mix of citrus and cedar. Med body. Flavor is dryish and bitterish. Citrus for hop, and the cedar chest thing is prominent. It is very different, and if there are other flavors it's hard to parse them out. On the other hand it is very good flavor. Recommended.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, bright golden pour, frothy white head. Bready, grainy aroma with light sweetness. Taste is bready and full, sweetness up front, then drying out to a crisp finish. Lovely, pillowy mouthfeel.
