Canned 11/4/25, drunk 1/20/26, as pictured.
Some corn-like sugars (a touch powdery, earthy) but also some rich mineral, with light hop character showing a wide range of vegetation. Wonder what the impetus for using corn was? Seems like an odd choice for a cellared pils. But it's mellow and aromatic with nothing weird going on other than the hint of powdered sugar from the (I assume) corn.
Corn seems less prevalent in the flavor than the nose, thankfully. Pretty straightforward, malty, rich, flavorful, balanced pils with an American hop edge to it, though not problematically so. These are some fun/interesting varietals that work with a pils (are more mellow, spicy, etc...).

Smells like a crystale; lots of fruity yeast, slight toffee, slight vanilla, raisin and such. Obviously being roughly 1/3 the abv, it doesnt have the richness of malt of the real thing, but it still has a pleasing, highly aromatic character with even some hoppiness thrown in (fresh herb and some earthiness).
Soft and malty in the mouth without much toast. Some light sourdough, I guess, followed by rich caramel/toffee/vanilla. Per usual from Bizarre, a whole hell of a lot of flavor for its size. The low abv also lets the yeast and hop shine through more, as it's not so malt-focused. Really well-done stuff.

Smells rich and fruity with tons of caramel backing it up. Bit of toast, but nothing too bready or sour. The caramelized oat almost smells like marshmallow or even light tootsie roll.
Comes off more traditional in the mouth but you still get that sweet, caramelly-oat-mallow character which is balanced by a pinch of toast, bread and soft, floral and grassy hops. Richly malty and flavorful well, well beyond its size, with a clean, fruity finish with lovely malt and hop tones lingering, as well. This must be otherworldly on cask....

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark ruddy mahogany with a transient but significat tan head. Aroma is malty with something like dark fruit. Med body. Not dry. Malty like European brown bread - like rye/rye spice. Not very bitter. Sort of like rye bread. Very hard for me to parse this - lots of flavors mixed up. Nice drink.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear bloods with a small white head. Aroma has bright tangy hops, some woody pine, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a bright woody piney hop character, light fir tips, and crisp biscuity malt. Dry, woody, and piney, with nice accentuation from the fir. Very good.

Dark amber, caramel and toffee nose, sweet sticky, light phenol. Very caramel, sticky. Almost buttery but not diacetyl, more like a barrel character..

Dark amber, thin head. Toasty, a bit of sourness detracts but there is some decent malt complexity.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear dark brown pour, sturdy, creamy tan head. Malty, toasty aroma. Taste brings in some sweetness right up front, brown bread, bran muffin, malty. Really tasty.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of toasted dark bread, caramel. Pours hazy brownish amber with a half finger beige head that falls into a ring pretty quickly. Taste is lightly sweet and fairly bitter with flavors of toasted malts. Itβs kind of marketed as a light barleywine, but it pretty much tastes exactly like your average brown ale.
