A4 draught, 5/23/26.
Restrained, clean, mixed berry and kumquat. Sparse malts. Not terribly expressive.
Spritzy texture compliments the zesty citrus and tart berry skin character. Just enough base malt sweetness balances before relaxing on the pineapple-papaya finish. Clean, polished. For a new brewery, these guys are a standout.

Can from Manchester Wine and Liquors. Cloudy, yellow-orange, tons of sparkle, thin head with good retention, decent lacing. Aroma is citrus, mango. Taste is strong citrus, generic sweet fruit and subtle malts. Smooth, frothy, fairly thin texture, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish with lingering malts and light bitterness. Thin and pretty nondescript. Just OK.

Draught at The Pint 3/29/26.
Wow nose is almost funky. Guava skin and passion fruit that you rarely get from Citra. Obviously getting some interesting character as it mixes with the yeast. Nice malt, soft white bread and honey.
Soft and malty. If anything it's pushing it on the sweetness, but only just. Nice to see a new brewery thats good and malty, though. Tropical fruits continue in flavor as the hop compounds are transformed with fermentation. Lovely stuff. Very pleasant surprise.

Can at home. Standard light lager affair. Pale gold and fairly transparent. Minimal head. Nose isnโt fakery and grains hint of citrus. Tastes much the same. Body is indeed crushable. Light and pleasing lawnmower beer the can design begs for more though.

Can from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque black, nice sparkle, ring of head, light viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla, chocolate, sugar cookie, base stout. Taste as aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation, finish as taste. Nice sweet treat! A bit over carbonated.

Thanks Tom, aroma and flavor are of a Christmas cookie. Not overly sweet with enough bitterness to balance it out.

16 oz can. Aroma reminds me of a Christmas cookie. Vanilla, sugar, a little bit of baked bread. The brewery nailed the flavor. Reminiscent of a sugar cookie with a little bit of roasted malt. For the strength of the beer the body is good. Just enough bitterness for balance. Tasty!

16 oz can. Aroma has a mixture of blackberry, blueberry. Definitely a lot of berry flavor but nothing in the flavor really jumps out. Ends on what you would perceive to be raspberry and cherry. Mildly tart and not very sour.
Because itโs not very sour this would be a good intro to somebody that doesnโt know much about sour ales.

8 oz draft. Aroma is all coconut. I canโt find anything outside of coconut. I sip it. I get almost all coconut initially then it transitions to banana. Finally ends on pineapple. It is exactly as advertise.
