1/5/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly head. Aroma is woody, apple, floral, caramel, vanilla, white grape. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Smooth with soft sparkling carbonation. Drying finish. Very nice.

Sample, thanks to Danlo. Cheers mate. Pours a misty yellow. Aroma of fleshy apple fruit, white wine. Racey acidic start, sharp egremont definition, characterful fruit, some gooseberry and white wine notes.. quite a dry feel, but has a great fruity character overall. Good stuff.

750ml bottle from Cider House, Borough Market. Slightly hazed pale yellow colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, fruity, yeast hint. Taste is tangy, slightly tart, fleshy apple, alittle core, woody, oak, with yeast, earthy notes and some acidity. Sparkling, medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry oaky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
