Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Clear golden with an off white cap that thins to the edge. Nose is tangy apple, straw, grains, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises apple skins, vinous, oak, herb, grains, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with a small short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is lightly tart, green apple, citric acidic notes, some developing solvent. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Light tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle from 3 Sons. Hazed orangey amber-gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy. Taste is tangy, fleshy apple, fruity, funk hint, with some tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
