Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Clear light golden with a limited white cap. Nose is a little thin, apple core, tannins, perfume, straw. Taste comprises apple skins, light funk, tannins, perfume, straw, vinous, apple pips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. An okay cider but lacks depth for a big double digit beast!

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is leafy, fruity, apple, slightly metallic, woody, herbal and touch spiced. Medium body, average carbonation. Light tannic finish. Hides its abv. Just a little disappointing.

750ml wired cork bottle from St Ronans. Opened with a pop. Hazed pale yellow gold colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of pear, fruity, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, pear, fruity, fleshy, with oak & vanilla hints, some earthy funk and drying citric acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml wired cork bottle from St Ronans. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ripe apple. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some core, with bittersweet earthy tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable
