Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 23/08/24. Pale yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is honeydew melon, toffee, sugar, hint of apple. Taste comprises toffee apple, vanilla custard, light warming booze, herb, honey. Medium bodied with bite, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Okay mead.

500ml bottle from Arcane Alchemist. Slightly hazed, pale golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, caramel, toffee. Taste is sweet, caramel, vanilla, honey, apple, toffee, spiced. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet & spiced finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample thanks to Danlo. Pours a very pale piss colour. Aroma is distinctly floral, some spiced toilet duck. Quite a boozy first impression, oily body while bright floral notes give way to sweet honey, cinnamon, citrus with pear drop notes on the finish.

Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo. A crystal clear petrol coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is sweet, candied pear, white sugars, honey, plastic, floral, meadow. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, earthy honey, delicate fruity notes, meadow, warming alcohol, waxy honey, pear drops. Palate is semi sweet, oily, rounded, almost still. light tannin in the finish,.

28/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with no head. Aroma is honey, nutmeg, allspice, winter spice, clove, heather, sweet citrus. Sweetness develops, light drying tartness. Moderate body, touch watery, low carbonation.

Taste is sweet, honey, tropical passionfruit, pineapple, floral, with notes of ice cream and citrus. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet tropical finish. Quite drinkable.
