Description
The Amber Brewery is a family, independent brewery. With pride we continue the brewing tradition of Pomerania, in which the surroundings of Gdansk is famous since the Middle Ages. Thanks to family passion and original, traditional recipes we create unique, regional products.
The Amber Brewery is one of the most modern small and medium brewery companies in Poland. Located in the midst of morainal hills surrounding Gdansk, the Brewery proudly continues excellent brewery traditions present in this region for centuries.
Every brand is for us individual and unique. That is why each of them is promoted in a different way, taking into account customs connected with the consumption of individual beer kinds and the judgments of consumers.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a black colour with a slight red tint and a fast dissipating beige head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, caramel, molasses. Taste has the same notes as the aroma, with added sugary sweet notes and syrup. Full bodied with a very smooth oily mouthfeel. Not bad but too sweet for my liking.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow/straw colour with a big throthy pure white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of strong overripe banana, clove, wheat, white bread yeast and sweetness. Taste has the same notes as the aroma, more strong notes of banana and clove with added hints of bubblegum and spice. Quite a lively fizz on the palate. Thinnish body with a very slightly oily mouthfeel and a fairly long banana and spicy finish. Pretty good. it would be nice on a hot summer’s day

# 1220; 10/2018. Nezajímavý, obliný ležák s nižší plností, vyšším řízem a mírně nepříjemnou kořenitou až bylinnou hořkostí.

Dark amber or brown color. Low head. Leaves a ring. Smells of plum, smoke and mechanical grease. High sweetness. Low bitterness. Tastes like plum compote but more papery. A bit sticky in mouth. Medium to full body.

# 891; 10/2017. Výrazná kořenitá hořkost (až lehce bylinná či trávová), tělo sladové, kvasnicové. Dobré.

Barwa słomkowa w stronę złotej. Piana gęsta, ładnie oblepia szkło, szybko opada. Aromat kwiatowy, słodki. Goryczka niemalże niewyczuwalna. W smaku lekkie cytrusy, nuty charakterystyczne dla amerykańskich lagerow - lekkie cytrusy głównie słodki pomarańcz. Ciekawe, chociaż nie w stylu.
