Butelka.

500ml bottle kindly shared by Snegurochka at a rating session with Finn and TheCellarer. One-finger thick pearl white head, unclear golden body. Lacing rings down the glass. Grassy nose, slightly perfumed. Orange and grass to the taste character. Mid-dry, bittersweet finish. A bit flat in the mouth. Average. (Tromsø 26.01.2018).

Flaske 500ml spandert av Snegurochka og TheCellarer. Delt med dem og Rune i WCveien 26 Jan 18. Gyldengul. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig kritthvitt skum som daler veldig sakte. Litt lacing. Bra fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken grapefrukt & parfyme. Blir vel søt etter hvert. Lett tørr avslutning

Butelka. Ciemne złoto, pełen klar. Piana trwała. W aromacie chlebowo, w smaku słodko, z nutą pumpernikla. Wyraźne melanoidyny, prawie koźlakowe. Goryczka zaznaczona, wyraźna, choć finisz nadal słodki. Niestety ogólnie dość męczące, mimo lekkiej wodnistości

From a random store in New York: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is sugary and full grain. Taste is sweet and kind of crappy. Drinkable enough but perhaps not enough so.

Bottle split at LKS, thanks to Kenny, 05/12/17. Clear golden amber with a decent light beige head. Nose is sweet, brown bread, grassy, toffee, steewd fruits. Taste comprises sweet notes, caramel, honey glaze, dried fruits, sticky toffee. Full nodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a rising boost. This was an average sipper of a barley wine and a touch 1D, but I don't feel it deserves the 2.95 overall score it rides at, at the time of my rating.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Kenny. Pours mostly clear with a creamy, tan head. The aroma holds ripe orange, bready malts, some toffee. Medium to heavy sweet flavour, lots of berries, grape, brown bread, low bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some toasted sugars, more brown bread, berries. Good fun.
