16oz can pours clear copper with near white head of foam. The aroma is sort of floral and a bit spicy with a hint of malts to maybe biscuit malts. The taste follows suit with fairly bold floral hop notes that have some firm bitterness but remain too floral for my particular taste. Behind the floral notes murmurs some spicy hops that grow to a decent level bitterness to midway and into the finish accompanied by a bit of biscuit like maltiness. Yep, too floral for me but good beer though.

Can at Brewster’s LAX. Deep copper-amber color with a fine, low head. Malty caramel nose, citrus, peach or apricot, nice fruit. Rich full malt flavor, creamy and tasty but not sweet. Tangerine and apricot, grass. Very bitter finish. Very full and drinkable, also original. Nice stuff.

Draught at the brewery. Nice citrus nose, a bit of tropical mango and passion fruit and some bready malts. Big bitter flavor with tons of citrus coming through. A solid West Coast style IPA, light and clean.
