Bottled. Silvery yellow colour with minor head which vanishes quite fast. Aroma is green apples, some fresh pressed sweet apple juice along with mild floral tones. Flavour is nicely tartish and sweet apples along with some mild yeasty and a bit acidity. Somewhat dry palate. Very nicely balanced and refreshing.

Bottle shared. Almost clear golden. Sweet apple, quite funky, leather, lots of raisins, old wood, green leaves. Medium sweet and a bit bitter. Medium bodied, solid medium dry. A bit thin but there’s enough going on to keep it interesting.

Bottle. Clear deep golden. Sweet apple, soft caramel, bark, a hint of tobacco and spices, apricot and prune. Over medium sweet, light tart. Full bodied, light dry. Not bad.

# 2506; 6/2021. Strong sulphur and honey aroma, fruity. Clear dark gold body; thick white head with low persistance. Full body, moderate tanin, higher carbonation, sweeter, honey, slightly chalk. Very good cider. 0,375 l, bottle, delicatessen, Prague.

opalescent orange to amber colour, almost no head as expected, only some minimal off-white lacing; aroma and taste of a typical well made cider with grreat canned apple and some earthy notes, as well as some bitterness also in the taste which greatly balances the sweetness of apple; good one

Small bottle at home. Bit hazy golden with a small ring of bubbles. Sweet apple, apple peel, light spices, dry pear juice, light earthy and funky, spices caramel. Medium sweet, light tart and quite light bitter. Medium bodied. OK.
