Tap at the brewpub. Clear light amber body, off-white head. Spicy hoppy aroma, lightly phenolic likely, bit perfumey, caramelly, trave citric. Lean, bitterish taste, smooth light caramelly maltiness, spicy and floral notes, light bitterness. Ahh... ČIPA... but thankfully a dry one. Least impressive of the bunch.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy golden-yellow body, beige head. Soft, light, pleasant peachy aroma. Mild, light, tropical taste, mango, bit oily, not much bitterness, bit sweaty, bit citric. Citra? Clean, light body. Hmm, not the epitome of bitterness, nice little modern golden ale. Better than many, not flawless but hiding the flaws well. Named after Eliška Junková, who won the famous Zbraslav-Jíloviště race in 1926!

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy orange-golden body, lasting thick off-white head. Herbal hoppiness, malty touches, light, vaguely tart yeasty touches. The taste... well, the guy said it was bitter like Plzeň and he didn't lie! Herbal hoppiness dominates the dry body, mildly and pleasantly grainy, a vague citric presence and mild yeastiness rounds it up before it heads towards a lovely big bitterness. Vaaaaague vegetal touch somewhere deep in the background, otherwise excellent, very drinkable, very summery!

Lahev (1500ml, díky do jezera!): Hazy to cloudy, golden to deep golden, small and stable off-white head, mild bitter-sweet “spicy”-hoppy and fruity (first signs of infection…, sigh!) nose; almost moderate bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, still quite soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet and mildly fruity finish. Sigh! I bez infekce žádná sláva…

Pet bottle from the brewpub. Golden yellow, tall white head leaving lacework. Grainy malty base, fruity-citrus hops are there, but quite shy. Nice bitter hoppy punch in the finish.
