On tap @Bivouac. Goblet pour. Hazy, pale gold. Not much initially to it. Super tropical, papaya & pineapple nose. Taste is medium tart, borderline brash on acidity. Lime, watery pineapple, bit of stone fruit, squinting tannins, tolerable sulfites, finish is long, earthy & quite yeasty. Prickly carbonation. Tropical & hot n boozy ferments seems like a signature move of the brand. Not complaining. Great.

500ml bottle from the North Park Bottlecraft. Clear, plastic cup back @the hotel. Slow, quiet, slurpy pour. Clear, orange amber body. Bitter skin & black tea nose. Dried flowers, sugar, orange oil, earth. Overall subtle. Bittersweet, deep maceration, earthy. Un-sweet baked pineapple, browned apples, bourbon wood, lots of skin. Lingering florals. Very slight funk right at the end. Just nearly dry, complex rough edges, potent. Tasty.

Single can from North Park Bottlecraft. Batch2020. Clear plastic cup back @the hotel. Quick hitting orange yellow, opaque pour. Massively floral, slightly irritating, sweet white wine nose. It almost smells like it's been dry hopped. Tart, floral, soapy lemon funk, lemon pith, plastic, touch of vinegar, salt. A bit too much oddity for a quaffer. Don't hate it.
