From tap at Taproomx in Istanbul 02.09.23. Translucent straw colour. Aroma and taste of dried citrus peel, pale malt, sorrel and a hint of chives. Fairly high carbonation.

From tap at Taproomx in Istanbul on the way from the metro to the hostel 02.09.23. What a pleasant surprise! Clear pale golden straw colour. Fairly persistent white and lacing. Superbly strong aroma and taste of Saaz hops with solid bitterness. I could perhaps wished for a more malt taste and perhaps some butterscotch match the strong bitterness, but still an excellent pilsner.
