medium golden color. Frothy white head. Grapefruits, apple pie and biscuit malt character. Clean bitter and balanced. Nice mouthfeel and I like that it’s 6.6%. Easy drinking. Good stuff

0,2l on tap @ Tap & Tumbler Ebisu. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is dry and fresh juicy malts. Flavor is slightly dull but juicy dry malts with plenty of hops. Good.

Tall Boys Black Honey Amber Can (crowler?)from the brewery in Nagoya. It poured a lovely reddish amber with beige foam and has a peppery caramel biscuit aroma. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. The taste matches the aroma. I’d say this is a bang on amber. It’s not complex but I’d say it’s tightly focused on what it should be. I’d love to have this in Fall. I think you could easily do an amazing pumpkin beer variant on this.

Tall Boys Dazed & Confused Hazy IPA (Zappa version) 6% 40 IBU Mango juice looking pour with a big juicy aroma. Smooth medium body with loads of juice - tropical flowery fruits with a white wine type finish that has sort of a pineapple undertone. Tasty unique stuff.

Tall Boys Brewing Pacific Coast Helles 5% 16 IBU Nice golden color with a biscuity honeyed graham. Medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. On point Helles, really hit the spot and was super clean.

Clear gold with white foam and a nice fruity hop bouquet. Crisp clean light body and loads of semi/tropical hop notes. Dryer than I’d expect from something juicy but it is an IPL. A great first Nagoya brew while visiting Nagoya. On tap at Talk 2 You.
